1. This Refund Policy forms part of the legally binding Terms of Service (“Terms”) between MR Novels Digital Media, operating mr-novels.com (“MR Novels,” “we,” “us”), and users (“User,” “you”) of the website and apps (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree. If not, do not use it.
2. Paid Services. Premium novels, stories, and features require a paid subscription “Plan” (“Service Fees”). Plans provide reading/listening access (limited or unlimited hours) beyond free previews. Billing options:
• Monthly/annual recurring subscriptions (auto-renewing).

4. Non-Refundable Subscriptions: Digital subscriptions are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to their nature, unless required by law or if Service fails to deliver promised content/features.
5. Cooling-Off Period: You have a 7-day right of withdrawal from initial subscription purchase. Request via support@mr-novels.com within 7 days—we refund full amount minus proportional use (e.g., verified hours consumed). Beyond 7 days or for ongoing periods: no refunds.
6. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds possible at our discretion if Service outage prevents access (proof required). Each case assessed individually.
7. Breach of Terms forfeits unused access; fees non-refundable to max extent permitted by law (e.g., Consumer Protection Act 2019).
8. We may modify this Policy; changes effective on posting. Continued use accepts revisions.
