தன் நண்பனின் விருப்பமில்லாத திருமணத்தை நிறுத்துவதற்காக ஆற்றங்கரை ஓரமாக உள்ள அரசலாறு என்ற கிராமத்திற்கு சென்றான் மித்ரன். ஆறோடும் அந்தக் கிராமத்தில் அதைவிட அதிகமான ஆச்சரியங்களை அவன் சந்திக்கப் போகிறான் என்பதை அப்போது அவன் அறிந்திருக்கவில்லை.
