Akash, who was working as a college lecturer while pursuing his Ph.D., came to Annalakshmipuram to meet Thondaiman and gather information from the many books he possessed. Thondaiman developed immense affection and trust towards Akash. On his deathbed, Thondaiman obtained a promise from Akash that he would marry his granddaughter, Anuradha. Honoring that promise, Akash married Anuradha. In this story, we will see the life of Akash and Anuradha after their marriage.

அன்னலெட்சுமிபுரத்தில் உள்ள தொண்டைமானை பார்த்து அவரிடம் உள்ள பல புத்தகங்களில் இருந்து தகவல்களை சேகரிக்க காலேஜில் லெக்சரராக வேலைசெய்துக்கொண்டே பி.எச்.டி படித்துக் கொண்டிருந்த ஆகாஷ் வந்தான். ஆகாஷின் மீது தொண்டைமானுக்கு அளவற்ற அன்பும் நம்பிக்கையும் வந்தது. தொண்டைமான் தான் இறக்கும் தருவாயில் தன்னுடைய பேத்தியான அனுராதாவை திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று ஆகாஷிடம் வாக்குறுதி பெற்றுக் கொண்டார். வாக்குறுதியை நிறைவேற்றுவதற்காக திருமணம் செய்த ஆகாஷ் அனுராதாவின் வாழ்க்கையை இக்கதையில் காண்போம்.
